Mark Goldbart - Partner

Mark has been in the property industry since 1983 and formed Newmark in 1995. Mark has many years of experience in the London and UK investment and development sectors, having completed Residential, Office, Industrial, Retail and Restaurant projects. Mark has formed numerous successful joint ventures, with institutions and high net worth individuals and continues to grow and manage the Newmark portfolio.

Will Kumar - Planning and Development

Will has worked in the property industry since 2005 initially at a leading Town Planning Consultancy in Central London, gaining experience working on large regeneration, mix-use and retail warehouse schemes.Having completed a masters in property development Will moved to Newmark in 2013. Will is responsible for the direction and implementation of planning and is the day to day contact on the development programme, covering the process from acquisition to disposal.

Greg Cohen - Partner

Greg has been in the property sector since 2000 and became a partner at Newmark in 2006. Over the past 21 years Greg has focused on the retail warehouse sector and primarily London office and residential markets. Over time Greg has formed strong relationships with a variety of occupiers and has developed a detailed understanding of their requirements.

Michael Goldbart - Acquisitions

Michael joined the team in 2019 and is primarily focused on the acquisition of buildings to further the joint venture relationship between Newmark Properties and Pirate Studios.

Lucy Johnson - Office Manager

Lucy joined Newmark in 2021 as office manager. Lucy has specific responsibilities looking after the day to day running of all administration aspects. Lucy works closely with managing agents and all consultants Newmark employs.
