Planning Permission was granted in the summer of 2017 to knock down the existing building and replace it with a high quality Squire and Partners designed 57,000sqft (nia) 9 storey office and light industrial building with a large reception/ café area at ground floor. Practical completion took place March 20th 2020 after an 18 month construction programme. In excess of 60% of the building has been let within 3 months of PC.
