Previously a disused record manufacturing and distribution warehouse, located in Haggerston. Planning permission was granted to provide c.42,000sq ft of new office space, split over six floors with private terraces over looking the Regents Canal. Award winning architects Waugh Thistleton have incorporated a site-specific structural system, allowing for the core, internal walls and floor slabs to be made of pre-cut CLT panels. The internal superstructure is formed of standard steel sections, these methods have allowed for precise construction and floor to ceiling heights to be maximised.
