The building is close to the junction of Old Street and Goswell Road and consists of basement, ground and three storeys above of office floorspace. 

The existing building provides for 15,000 sq ft of office space.

A planning application will be sought to step the building out on  the north elevation to make it flush with the existing ground floor. This will enable the fourth floor to be extended as well as providing an additional recessed fifth floor. An additional 2,750 sq ft of office floorspace will be provided. The extension work would be undertaken in conjunction with a Grade A office refurb to ensure space is delivered which better meets current tenant requirements.
